Not what I thought . . .

I purchased this to replace my 56v WG191 model. Big mistake. It's not as powerful. Not as easy to work. The handle does not rotate making it more difficult to use in the edges mode. Needless to say, it was returned and I found replacement parts to fix my 56v. If it is, this is a poor replacement for the 56v. If you need to replace your 56v WG191, don't buy this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am one of those types of people who loves a nice straight crisp cut on the edges of sidewalks and driveways. Before this I always used a regular weedwacker to achieve this look but it always took so long and was never quite as straight as I like!! I was skeptical to purchase this with some negative reviews saying it wasn’t powerful enough or the battery didn’t last long. I decided to give it a try and I am SO GLAD I DID!!! This makes everything so easy and fast!!! When I use it for my edging I am left with a professional looking lawn!!! It’s way more powerful than any cordless I’ve ever used!! I am able to do all my edging plus trimming around all my trees in my front yard, all around my fence in the backyard, and around all my landscaping(which is a lot) all on one charge with more battery life to spare!! If you are thinking about buying this I would not hesitate one bit!!! It has been so worth it in my opinion!!!

Worn out in a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my weed eater on line. I've had it a bit over a year. Few days ago it stopped. Batteries were good. Down on the shaft grass debris had clogged shaft up. Once cleared needed parts replaced. Nope doesn't look like WORX has parts replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why did I wait so long to bring this beauty home?

Have you ever been in the church basement, with a bunch of other people when suddenly you look at what you have in front of you and yell "Bingo"? That's the feeling and vibe I got the first time I used my Worx 20V Power Share GT Revolution 12" 4.0Ah String Trimmer. I won the big jackpot. It's light, battery charge is long-lasting and string replacement, the biggest headache with string trimmers, is fast and easy. This tool is not hype or malarkey, it's a perfect yard tool for anyone wanting to work their garden, yards, easily with professional skill and appearance built in. I love it. Biggest boost is the grandkids are begging to use it. They are my standby team just chomping at the bit. After watchng how effortless it is for Gramps to use it, they can't wait to be old enough.

I bought this in September of 2019 and waited to do a review till I used it a while. I have used it all over my yard for every possible task. I use it to mow a patch my mower can’t reach. I use it to trim around landscaping. I use it to edge along my patio and brick edging. This never fails me. It is light weight, has more power than I will ever need, and is quiet. It is easy to clean and the spools of line are easy to switch out. Great product WORX! Everyone needs this trimmer!

Very light weight tool

I purchased the 22 inch hedge trimmer about 4 months ago and I am extremely pleased with this tool. I have approximately 25 azaleas in my back yard and I have 2 20v power share batteries and a single battery charger and actually only had to use just 1 20v battery to trim all 25 azaleas and still had power left over. I have several worx tools the string trimmer, blower and my wife really enjoys using these tools as they are very light for her to handle. These worx tools are very durable and I have never had any problem with any of these tools breaking. By far the best quality yard tools I have ever purchased !!
