Pleasant Surprise!

I bought this unit about three weeks ago. I was excited to receive it after waiting a few days, but was disappointed that the unit was missing all the nozzles and not able to use it. After contacting WORX, a new unit was sent and received. I was even more excited to finally get to use it to complete a powerwashing project I wanted to do. I was pleasantly surprised how well the unit worked! I have borrowed my brother-in-law"s huge gas powered unit multiple times and this little electric unit did just as good a job. And needless to say it is much lighter, easier to handle and more quiet, which I'm sure my neighbors appreciate as much as I do. If you are on the fence about getting this powerwasher, I recommend it. I don't believe you will be disappointed.

Wand attachment

After reading the reviews I’m now happy to see that I’m not the only one who has an issue with the wand breaking away from the hose goes to tell you that this is definitely a manufacturing problem I would like to have my wand and hose replaced and then I read where someone put a clamp to hold it in place which I find that kind of ridiculous but since I bought the whole set up that’s what I’ll do but I want my wand and hose connection all in one replaced I think it’s only fair and I only used it 4 times

Great power and easy to use

[Employee of worx] I used this unit to wash several cars. The set up was easy as it only took a few minutes to set up. It has great power and the soap feature is great. I would recommend this for anyone that need a space saving pressure washer to use around the home.

Overall, works great with one design concern

I used to own a gas powered pressure washer but found it a little too powerful and cumbersome for most things I was looking to clean. Recently converted to this electric model that I feel has one design flaw. The GFCI plug is too large to squarely sit inside an outside power outlet with cover. I tried using the furthest plug with nothing else plugged in the box and it still wouldn't sit flush with the outlet. I would have thought the outdoor outlet cover boxes are a standard size. This poor fit along with the fact that the instructions indicate not to use an extension cord make it a challenge to plug in properly, safely and in accordance with the instructions. That is honestly the only thing driving the Fair features and Poor Design ratings below.

So Far Outstanding!

Purchased 6/15/2022. Extremely satisfied. Like the ability to change nozzle tips (25°, 40°, and turbo). There's also another tip for soap application. The motor is quieter than two previous powerwasher! As a precaution I added a small hose clamp where the high pressure line attaches to the wand. I did this because a seam surrounds the male connection on the wand on two sides. Just a precaution.

No nozzles in the box

I bought this in the winter. Obviously, was unable to try it then. Just opened the box today to clean my porch and it brought no nozzles. Not even one! Cannot test it and now have to spend more money and wait probably weeks before I can get this delivered since I do not think that nozzles are universal. I was a worx fan but today I'm jus a very angry ex customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
