Poor design

Upon my first use one of the rear wheels broke off.

Some redesign needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept and it seems to work well. The handle length needs to adjustable. I am short and it didn’t work as well for me because of that. The bag catch is of no use maybe because of my night and how I put more of an angle it prevented it from working well. I was amazed at how much dead grass was in my lawn.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Light weight and easy to handle and move about.

Bought last month and just used it this week. was amazed with how well it worked. I went with the #3 setting . No strain on the machine, had no clogging and found it quick to use, verses using a detaching blade on my mower, or renting a heave dethatcher from a tool rental.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best money ever spent on lawn care tool

I Purchased this because I was in a car accident 2 years ago and my back hasn't been the same since. This tool allowed me to get all the thatch out of my lawn with minimal stress to my back. The catch bag was basically useless for me as it never really filled up and just caused a log jam of thatch in the unit. It may have been due to the lawn being damp from rain the prior day. I used it without the bag and then just did a quick rake of the lawn to get all the pulled up thatch off. Very happy with this tool.
