Easy to use

I purchased this recently and was able to use it right away, before the grass started growing for the season. I have zoysia grass which is very thick. I have a large property and worked in sections but it was very easy to use this machine. The bag collected a lot but I also had some grass at the end of each run (in front of the machine) which I raked up quickly when I finished. My neighbor was impressed & is borrowing my machine to do his small yard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

depth adjustment keeps changing and rips my lawn

bought it in April. needed on setting 1 ( +3) ..the unit does not have a solid base....once it catches a bump it will change the settings and keep going to -3 and ripping the grass.... you feel it is getting stuck and realize the grass is ripped again... suggestion would be a safer setting (+5) or bigger wheels (option to replace the current wheels to slightly bigger ones, or some add-on rubber in top of the current wheels). I just can't use it the way it works now and I am not happy with this unit. I do not have a dream flat perfect grass yard which this unit seems to be designed for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More than a Dethacther, Its a good Lawn Sweeper

Great little machine, did a good job in my backyard.
It dethached and swept debris ( leaves/sticks).
But Bag keeps falling off, if I push harder. even if I push backward it gets detached bag unit.
overall good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The detatcher looks nice and seems to be put together well. I powered it up to see it operate and it started right up and looked to be fairly powerful. I won't know more until I have a chance to dethatch later this fall.

Al good except the catcher

Decent little unit

I got this to ready my lawn for a complete reseed. This unit pulled up around 10,000 sqft of thatch with no issues. The one thing that did concern me is there are two motor vents on the front that would quickly get covered in thatch by air being sucked in. I was constantly pulling it off the vents as a precaution so things didn't overheat.

Works to my expectation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for about a month and I used it as soon as I got it. It did a really good job considering my yard is hard clay. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the collector bag. Like other reviewers claim it's pretty useless. I did mow yard short but the clay is so hard the collector bag just dumping everything out.
