[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first dethatcher I have ever Owen and bought it because of the reasonable price, for being electric it worked really well. Great power and was light and easy to use. My yard had not been dethatched in over 5 years and it did the job to the fullest, only complaint is the bag gets full pretty fast so with a big yard it was a bit annoying dumping it but with each load dumped the satisfaction of a lawn that could breath better was worth it
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great job

Just got it last week and put it to work this weekend. It did a great job of taking years of dead grass out of my lawn. I was able to set it so it put lines in the grass so I could put on grass seed and fertilizer much easier. This saved my back from having to manually rake is to manually rake my yard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solved an ongoing problem!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a lawn care company tend to my yard for years, I kept getting these bald spots in my yard. When I retired I started researching this issue and found that letting the clipping to just fall into the grass that over time the buildup was choking the new grass and not allowing it to grow. I bought the 12 Amp 14” Electric Dethatcher. After addressing the bald areas with the Dethatcher and reseeding, I now have a thick green lawn again. Problem Solved!

Easy enough for an old lady to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought a home in Florida which has very thick thatch. Ordered this Dethatcher and started working on restoring my lawn on Thursday. This machine is amazing at the amount of thatch it pulls out! Definitely a must have to keep your lawn in good health! My photo wouldn’t load . The only draw back is the grass catcher gets in the way but it isn’t needed so no big deal for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a Dethatching rake thinking I can rake my back yard and save some money. Don't do that - buy this Dethatcher I am able to do my entire back yard in 20 minutes this is worth the money. This works great and is my favorite Worx tool.

Excellent product as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 15000 sq ft yard. Worked as it should and did not tear up the existing grass, cleaned the yard to get ready to seed and fertilize. On a large yard the grass catcher is use less. Best to hold up cover with bungee and let thatch come out to ground. Suck up thatch with mower bagger saves time starting and stopping. Another great Worx product.
