Finally a wheel deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wishing someone would invent a trimmer that did not have to be lugged around, but would instead glide around on wheels. Thank you WORX for this product! It is also powerful and has the grass around our trees heading for cover. No longer can they sneer at us as we whiz by on a big lawnmower. They too will now be trimmed.
However, who did the directions for assembly and usage? Not someone from this planet. We have spent hours trying to decipher the pages and pictures. Finally all has been assembled and runs, until the wheels fall off. Why can't we simply move the wheels to the mini mower position and they snap in and stay in. There must be a solution that we just don't see. Still, a great mini-mower and as soon as the wheel problem gets fixed, no grass is safe.

This is my second Worx trimmer. Bought my first one at a garage sale and used it for ten years. This new one has many of the original features with many improvements.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ourchased this sometime ago, health issues kept me from trying it out. Yesterday that ended, perfect and easy for this "old woman" to use. However, I have lost my paperwork and have the replacement for life for the spools but I don't know how to initiate this program, any help would be useful-I used my spool that came with it...

I bought this earlier this month and from the first use I have been pleased with it! I have been able to cut and edge my front, back and side yard areas without having to recharge the battery! The string cuts thru the grass with ease and the wheels make the edging around the walkway simple and easy. My lawn looks professionally done and the friends and family that were over this past weekend asked who I hired to do it! This won’t be my last purchase!
