Great features but don't last no CS reply

Trimmer, Mini Mower started breaking down after 6-8 months, Ordered new wheels, out of stock.Trimmer lasted the longest but eventually broke down and froze up. Never able to adjust to trim because the handle rotation could not be accomplished. Finally gave up on the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second time buying this model why? Because the string cutter fell off and you don’t sell replacements. As someone that has several worx products. This is stupidity. Replacement parts should be a priority to keep customers happy. Get you’re stuff together. I won’t be buying a 3rd. Not selling parts is idiotic.

I am going too make this review short and to the point. We now have 7 workx tools that are used Daly on are property (10 Acres) Battery life has been outstanding and run time is important no problems there. We did have one tool we a problem that was solved with a phone call to workx service number . Problem FIXED ! .

This is not my first Worxx but my third in a 30 plus period. It really gets the trimmings done perfectly. Plus it is easy to use with a number of positions and a long lasting battery. Cannot trim with anything else.
