Best Trimmer EVER

I have had this trimmer for a number of years and recently bought it for a friend for Christmas. It is the best trimmer I have ever used!

Best Trimmer Ever Made !

No, not that there was anything wrong with the first one I bought. It was 6 years old. It had done a superb job and not ever once did it ever fail or it’s batteries give out, no sir my Daughter graduated and moved out got her own place and the need for her own weed trimmer arose. So of course as any good father wood I ordered a new one and gave her the trusty well broken in very reliable one that I have used for many years.

I love this allows me to have clean edges

I love to see a lawn that has clean cut edges and this tool allows this because of the features it has. It may be that I was not skilled enough with the other string trimmers - but I think that makes this tool even better that anyone can now have clean edges with ease.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cause my old one the batteries would not charge any longer. It was 8 or 9 years old. So I just had to have another one. This one is lighter and has great new features.

A couple of improvements but can't get the job don

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get the new trimmer with the command feed. I didn't need a battery since I have three. The good is that the command feed works and the flower guard stays put when you retract it. Also, the spool holder is a nice feature. The ugly is the little white stripe to guide edging isn't there. I didn't realize how much I used that until it being absent. Also ugly is the way to convert from trimmer to edger and make other adjustments. On my older worx trimmer, these were simple lift, pull, and twist or push a button and adjust. You now have to turn a dial before completing the conversion process and ensure you put it back. There doesn't seem to be any reason for this extra step and it is annoying. The bad: this couldn't even finish edging a driveway and sidewalk. When I put another charged battery to finish that and to continue with trimming, it wasn't up to the task to complete the trimming. This is disappointing since it was replacing my 32V Worx trimmer which can do the entire job on one battery. I am planning on returning it because it can't do the job on a simple single family home on a 1/4 acre.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I remember.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second one I bought. Truthfully the first one was shorter but the battery charge lasted much longer! Not happy only getting maybe 1/4 of the work done with new model compared to old model.

Great tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this handy tool over 5 years ago. Any still going. One of my BIGGEST draw backs is that it doesn't extend long enough for me, being 6'5 and being hunched over for awhile and after3 back operations just doesn't work for me. I wished that they had a longer extension shaft ! That would be great, I got it mostly because of being so light weight!
I would recommend this to a friend!
