I does not work as a edger for my lawn because the ground is too uneven. I'd like to return the edger and get a refund. Please send me instructions on how to return it.

It works

Constantly squeezing on/off switch is hard on my carpal tunnel. Too many adjustment options. Can't figure out what combo makes it work well and is comfortable. Locking collar won't tighten enough so telescopic shaft moves easily. Get the 4.0 battery if you want to use this for any decent length of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with the product, less so w the directions

I bought this string trimmer due to the recommendation of a neighbor and am pleased with the battery life and the spool advancement. I couldn't get it set up until I asked my neighbor.

I always get comments about how straight my edging is and I tell them about my trimmer. I truly love this trimmer so much I have recommend it to my neighbors.

Ergonomic! Easy on the body.

We bought this because we have bad backs. Our old trimmer killed our backs. Holding the trimmer at weird angles, bending over, using our arms to hold it in the right position, leaning at at angles to see where we were trimming. It was all torture. But this...this has and is simply amazing. It’s light. It has wheels that enables me to push it along to edge. I just push a button to feed more line. It adjusts to the correct angle so I don’t have to bend to see what I’m doing. It starts with a push of a button. The line feeds well and doesn’t constantly bind up or break. Changing the line is so fricken easy it should be illegal. I hated trying to add new line to my old trimmer. Actually that should’ve been illegal. I can get right up against the fence without it sounding like I’m trying to actually tear down the fence with the trimmer.
I have beautiful, clean edges in the yard
now. I don’t dread the act of trimming. My back can tolerate it - which is amazing.

Kudos to the designers of this. You’ve created a product that will make all the others obsolete.
