Happy with the product, less so w the directions

I bought this string trimmer due to the recommendation of a neighbor and am pleased with the battery life and the spool advancement. I couldn't get it set up until I asked my neighbor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I does not work as a edger for my lawn because the ground is too uneven. I'd like to return the edger and get a refund. Please send me instructions on how to return it.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it's everything I needed. Light weight, adjustable handle so my husband and I can use it, and 3 tools in one is great. No worries about gas spilling and it will fit in the trunk of a car! Love it!!!

Purchased this several weeks ago and so happy I did. Great for edging, especially with the wheels. And works great for a lawn trimmer and easy to use as a mini lawn mower around shrubs and planter boxes.

Best Tools I have EVER used.

I am a short female in my mid 50's and these tools are the absolute best in the world. They have the power to get the job done, above and beyond! This is the 3rd weed eater I have bought from Worx. My first 2 are still running and fully operational and going strong...other than replacing the little orange bump guard on the bottom of one of them. They are light enough where I don't hurt my back and suffer through my chores and I can get all of my weed eating done in one day. Keep 'em rolling out, Worx...and as long as you do, I won't be looking back to anyone else. Love, Love, Love you all for making these superior products for everyone.
