I ordered this after watching the infomercial. It was quick and simple and very easy to navigate the website. I was very impressed with how quickly the product arrived , the packaging was ingenious. The weed wacker / trimmer was so easy to assemble, I didn't use the directions. As far as performance I am impressed with the lightweight unit and the performance as well. Great job engineer's.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this weed trimmer several weeks ago. I have a large yard with lots of landscaping areas to trim around. This product is lightweight, easy to maneuver (even for me being a senior woman), and does a fantastic job! I'm still on the first trimmer line spool!!! I would recommend this to anyone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one that is getting old and shakey so I ordered another. Love it. I can now do all edging on one charge and the old one took 2 batteries to edge. I have one hour of edging around lawn and brick walks etc.

When I purchased this trimmer from the Workx ad on tv, I thought wow, looks awesome and had to order it! I love how it works, light weight, love all the features and love that it has a lifetime of spools. Great deal and worth every penny I paid! Thank you for this great product.

Not good.

I bought this trimmer and it is falling apart, the wheel assembly broke on the second time using it and the batteries don't hold an charge for long. Also it is hard to adjust the trimmer head.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. WORX tools are covered under a 3-year warranty.
