Worx great!

Our previous Worx weed trimmer lasted 5 years which was more than expected since we use it on our farm property with tough landscaping and weeds. I’m sure we will get at least that much use out of the new unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cutting blade broke off after roughly 6 months of

Had the word weed eater model #WG170.3 for a little over a year. Worked fine in the beginning, but then cutting mechanism that keeps string trimmed snapped off and now I have to constantly use cutting pliers to keep it trimmed. Also the self feed feature keeps feeding more string than necessary.
The WORST part is I cannot seem to find a replacement cutting mechanism in replacement parts to repair this. I have tried to reach out online and unfortunately they have been less than helpful in regards to getting this resolved.
Looking back, I would have strongly preferred to purchase something more commercial that would actually last...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the product, I have a collection of WORX equipment, easy to use, like the part were I can use the same battery on all the all product. This is my 3rd trimmer I purchase. The other two finally die on me. New one has a longer reach, which I like cause I'm tall, and is better for my back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps breaking. Pretty useless.

Trimmer blade fell off after one year of very light use. They don't offer a blade replacement like other brands, so I had to order a whole new guard. Blade has fallen off again less than a year later. Now I can't even find the replacement guard. Will definitely go with a different brand next time. Ryobi products much more reliable and offer replacement parts.

I used my neighbors tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was in search of similar tool and was sold thanks to our neighbor who had something like this. I like the 3-1 features and lightweight.
I hope the thin plastic lasts long enough and could be part of warranty.
Is the string really replaceable free for life?
The shipping took more than 12 days That included two different ETA. Not happy about that.
I’d consider another brand and/or purchase at store because of the lag in shipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this trimmer because I could no longer use my "Monster Trimmer". With back problems getting worse and years of pushing my body past its limits, I needed something that I could handle. This tool fit the bill. It does all I need to do, and holds ups longer than I do. Great for seniors like me, or anybody with limits on how much they can do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not recommend for left handed users

Bought this for my father whose left handed and all off the buttons to feed the line and keep it running are designed for right handed users.
Its a pain to use due to the awkward placement.
It seems simple to just have buttons on each side.

If you have a small yard its a neat tool but overall I wouldn't recommend.
Even as a right handed person id rather use gas powered tools.
