I have bought 3 weed wackers over the years (some as gifts), recently a the leaf blower. These products are the easiest to use. I've bought other weed wackers, and have been disappointed by how hard it is to keep them working during their use. Not the weed wacker by Worx, most dependable by far. I couldn't do my yard without it. Love their products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I saw the infomercial and was sucked in, it looked like a very handy tool. I love the battery pack and ability to go cordless without messing with fuel. But it locks power and the string feed doesn’t work well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there! Thank you for posting your review. The WG170.2 GT Revolution Grass Trimmer is designed for your normal homeowner use, and is not designed as a heavy duty tool. The power that this trimmer provides is more than enough to cut through regular grasses. If you are looking for a stronger option, we recommend you check out the WG184 right here on the web-site. In order to use your automatic line feed system, you must first remove your battery, then manually feed the line about 2 inches out at the bottom. Feeding the line out this small bit is to ensure you can tell if the line has fed out or not. Once this is done, place the battery back on the tool and, while running the trimmer normally, click on the line feed button several times WITHOUT letting go of the trigger. This will cause your trimmer to turn on and off repeatedly, but once you click the button several times, you will be able to notice at the bottom that your line has fed out normally. Very nice unit but the 20v battery doesn't last long enough , I wish I would've did some research before I purchased the 20v, looking back I should've got at least the 40v , I know that I can get a better battery but that's beside the point because now I have to spend more money, not cool !

Hey there! Thank you for sharing your review. WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. The blowers are the most energy consuming, and you can expect about 10 minutes from them at high speeds. This being said, we do have high capacity batteries that will double and even triple the run-time on your tools. You can check those out on the WORX web-site under model numbers WA3578 and WA3671.
