Had high hopes

I am disabled and hoped the wheels on this tool would allow me to do a few things in my yard while I’m stuck with my cane. The problem is the locking feature at the base of the shaft does not work, rendering the tool unsafe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Product

I recently purchased the Worx trimmer. After using other trimmers for many years this is the one that excels far above all the others. No more messing with a stuck string, no more banging the string head to try to get the string to advance. The adjustments for your personal comfort is wonderful, and the button on the handle to advance the string is simple and works great. I recommend this trimmer to everyone. The battery lasts for quite a long time and allows you to work without having to pull a cord around with you. I also have purchased the drill motor, Vac and blower combination leaf bagger, the Worx combination wheel barrow, and the Jaws chain saw. Great products, thanks.

Not as good as I expected

I tried to trim my back yard. Around the areas that had the "clump" of grass was a struggle for the trimmer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there! Thank you for posting your honest review. The WG170.2 grass trimmer has a no-load speed of 7,200 RPM's, which is the adequate amount of power to cut light to medium duty grass and weeds. Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had problems with gas trimmers. This is my second one of these and they are great. I am in my 60s and it is light and easy to use. I use it mostly around my garden but also near my front door. It keeps our property looking neat and professionally done.
