I have owned this tool for many years. In fact, on my second one. Recently my brother was visiting and used mine to do some trimming with me. As he really liked using it, I sent him one. He was surprised and happy to have it.

Three in One Fantastic Tool

This unit so compact and lightweight, weighs only a few minor pounds, is so easy to switch into an edger from a trimmer even into a mini mower able to control next to a chain link fence to getting under a deck Its fantastic its fast and its hands off when you need a little more line just push the auto feed button.
This gem cannot be beat and the charger is only 1hr!

Three years into this one...same problem as the last two I bought. String quits feeding because the release won't lock. You can just pull the string from the spool without depressing the release button. Then this morning it quit rotating the head for the edging position. Nope I'm done with Worx. Every design change brings more issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first weed eater was great and after servers years it barked since I had the batteries I purchased another… big mistake I’ve had 3 in last 3 years and all quit working as I changed it from weed eater to edger … quality is no longer in this product

I was upset when my original WORX GT quit, but upon receiving the newer model, I was so impressed that I want to know why didn't the original have all the bells and whistles that this one does.
