Love the edger trimmer

Just ordered my 2nd WORX gt. I have had one for over three years and still in excellent condition. Got another just in case!!! This tool works great and battery lasts for my whole yard of 10,000 sq ft either sidewalk and street curb. Have tried gas powered tools. Never again. Thxs WORX. GET ONE You will not be dissatisfied. I also restring the spools myself. Easy peasy. Do it!!!!

Light and easy

Just did away with my Cobalt Trimmer for the Work Trimmer, glad I did, so easy and light way to use. With all the different positions and great use, my wife likes to do trimming now. We're in our 60's and makes yard work a breeze.

Issue with auto feed of string

Like Kenyata I purchased a trimmer in 2019. I too have the issue with string feed. The trimmer continuously feeds string without pressing the manual feed. There is an issue with the auto feed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Valued Customer! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review. It's unfortunate to learn that the line feed system is not working properly. You can try resetting the auto feed system by pressing the small square reset button on the bottom of the trimmer. It is located below the eyelet where your line feeds out on the trimmer head. If you press that 3 times, the auto feed system will reset and the line will come out correctly. Be sure not to pull the line out by hand. This will tighten the line around the spool defeating the purpose of the auto feed feature. There is no need to bump the trimmer on the ground.
To feed more line, it is first necessary to allow the trimmer to stop completely; it must come to a complete rest, then restart, allowing the motor to reach full speed. Repeat above until you hear the line hitting against the Line Cutter. Please check out our self-help options on our website at https://www.worx.com/contact?openByDefault=true. I purchased my 1st 20 V Revolution edger about 4yrs ago. I loved it so much I bought a replacement last year. Would you believe I'm still using the 1st one but ready to make my switch to the new one. It's the BEST garden tool I ever had. As a matter of fact, last month I purchased another one for my son. They sent me this request for a review. It was my honor.

Serious Improvement To The Trimming Game

I gotta tell you they got this way right. They've figured out batteries and they've figured out the line equation. I had great expectations and they've been exceeded. Subjected my 20V Power Share GT Revolution 12" String Trimmer to what I thought was an inordinate load and it plowed ahead with gusto through thick grass/weeds etc. Battery charges up in an hour. I'll be ordering another battery. Comes with extra spools of line. I haven't made it past the first one! Great engineering and construction. Well done and thank you.

20V Worx Trimmer: How About Instructions in Englis

I have a longstanding history of use of Worx tools. I really love them. But I truly hate the so-called instructions in the form of mini-pictures. I love graphics--when they are well done but these are not the case. Do the company a favor and write instructions in English text.
