Liked the Worx so much we purchased a second WG170 Trimmer and Edger! Extremely light weight and easy to use. We have one set-up for trimming and the other set-up for edging. Batteries last 20 to 30 minutes which is great for a small yard. Lifetime string spools is a plus! Easily adjustable. The only item that could be improved is the string cutter blade... Not very durable. Had to order a replacement guard to replace the cutting blade as it had broken off at some point during use. Would highly recommend!

piece fell off, lost forever and thing is useless

Was able to use this trimmer a handful of times before the cap that keeps the string in fell off somewhere and I spent 3 days searching for it, and I'm wondering if it literally disintegrated. Now this thing is useless/just another chore for me to fix/deal with and I hate it

My first one lasted 5 years before if broke at the adjustable grip. This new one looks a little more solid. Worked well for me and the free string is great. Give me another 5.
