Three in One Fantastic Tool

This unit so compact and lightweight, weighs only a few minor pounds, is so easy to switch into an edger from a trimmer even into a mini mower able to control next to a chain link fence to getting under a deck Its fantastic its fast and its hands off when you need a little more line just push the auto feed button.
This gem cannot be beat and the charger is only 1hr!

Hello Valued Customer.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. You can try resetting the auto feed system by pressing the small square reset button on the bottom of the trimmer. It is located below the eyelet where your line feeds out on the trimmer head. If you press that 3 times, the auto feed system will reset and the line will come out properly. Be sure not to pull the line out by hand. This will tighten the line around the spool defeating the purpose of the auto feed feature. There is no need to bump the trimmer on the ground.
To feed more line, it is first necessary to allow the trimmer to stop completely; it must come to a complete rest, then restart, allowing the motor to reach full speed. Repeat above until you hear the line hitting against the Line Cutter.

Easy to use!

I have owned this tool for many years. In fact, on my second one. Recently my brother was visiting and used mine to do some trimming with me. As he really liked using it, I sent him one. He was surprised and happy to have it.

Great string trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Worx string trimmer. I bought my first one about 4 years ago and it still works fine. I bough my second one a month ago, because the handle is longer and the automatic string advance feature works great. No more stopping several times to adcance the trimmer line. I love the new one. Also ,the battery from the first trimmer works great with the new trimmer.
