Works Great While It Lasts

This is the second WORX line trimmer I have owned. Both have failed in the same manner: the line cutting blade falls off. When that happens, the line continues to feed but not cut so eventually, so much line is released until it becomes tangled in the rotating head. I would be happy to purchase a replacement part but these are not available. So now I am stuck with two non-functional line timmers. Because of the lack of replacement parts, I will not purchase WORX products in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super weed eater

This product out performs any previous one that I have had. The continuous feed feature is a plus. I have used it for over two weeks and the power plus the performance is beyond outstanding. There is no reduction in the speed even with the tallest, thickest grass/weeds/brush.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Three years into this one...same problem as the last two I bought. String quits feeding because the release won't lock. You can just pull the string from the spool without depressing the release button. Then this morning it quit rotating the head for the edging position. Nope I'm done with Worx. Every design change brings more issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this in 2013. And I will report that it still working perfectly and the battery is kept up fine as well. Keep waiting for this one to break to buy a new one. But it seems like that isn't going to happen anytime soon. Great product!!

Makes my DIY yard work sooooo easy!

I purchased a month ago, TX had a very dry summer but I wanted to be prepared for next season and so glad I did, we had rain on and off and soon after beautiful new grass appeared along with some crazy tall weeds randomly popping up, so I opened the box, found the charger and battery, plugged in for a few hours until the solid green light appeared, snapped a few parts together on the weedeater, edger tool then boom, all ready! I'm finally free of cords!!!! I didn't realize how much better that was going to be, saved me so much time! I am short so the ability to adjust the handle was awesome and the quick switch to get the edger is so simple and gave me a clean line down the front and sides of my yard, loving this tool! I also own the leaf blower mulcher combo which is an amazing tool as well, I totally recomend worx tools, also bought this tool last year for my Dad who is 90 plus years and still loves some limited yard work and he loves it too!
