I own two of these I have for almost 10 years absolutely love them, I had shoulder surgery about four years ago and this is truly been a blessing, no more waiting for hubby to get home to manicure the lawn, :-) I can do it all by myself…;) I have in fact had continuous trouble receiving my free strength for life, every time I go to the website and try to order more it’s asking for a debit card number, extremely frustrating. I would like to speak to somebody if you could please email me….

Hi! The Free Spools for Life package (WA0010) is a benefit we offer to our customers. We ship a free six-pack of spools to our customers when they cover the cost of shipping and processing. The two-pack of spools (WA0004) is a package usually sold at local retailers. It’s a convenient way for customers to pick up spools without having to wait for a shipment.

Needs better instructions

I am glad I bought the product and am sure I will enjoy it once I figure out how to use it. The instructions are all illustrations, but not very clear. This includes for putting the item together and using the item. I can't wait to give it a better rating, but until I can figure this thing out, it is not much use to me

I bought this couple weeks ago and gave it a hard test. I had some really long weeds to trim and it cut them like a knife through butter. I was impressed.
