A Truly Wonderful Tool

I am the proud owner of my second WORX String Trimmer. I was so impressed with my original one that lasted numerous years, after getting quite a workout in my yard, that I immediately placed an order to WORX for a replacement when it reached the end of its life. Lightweight to use, easy replacement of string spools, and excellent cutting control makes this a winning tool. I quite frankly couldn't maintain my yard without it.

I had one before. My other one burned up. My husband has a gas one but this is light enough for me to use when he can’t get to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a had trimmer that works great for my husband. But it’s way too heavy for me and I don’t want to deal with the gas and the mixing and and pulling to start it and the smell. I don’t have time for all that. Lol.
This works perfect for me. It’s easy to use and does a great job with light trimming and with the heavier more dense areas of my 1/2 acte.
Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tool! It is so much more than a trimmer; it also edges and can be used as a mini-mower, depending on where the wheels are placed. But to me, a 68 y.o. female who does her own yard work, the best feature is the edger. I've always hated using the unweildy electric edger, but this tool makes it so much easier. Although it is not as lightweight as the video implies (I would never be able to use it with one hand) it is very easy to manipulate. This is my third Worx product and I'm certain that it won't be my last, especially since I can share the battery with other products. If I had to take off points for anything, it would be delivery. It should not take two weeks for something to go from SC to MI, but now that I finally have it and can use it, I am very pleased!

The trimmer is worth a try if you have a small area to be trimmed. The battery has plenty of power but is short on work time with the 20v 2.0amp battery. Suggest a 20v battery of 4.amp of or higher if you have a larger area to trim
