[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a previous model (similar but purchased over 10 years ago) I loved it so much that after beating it up for over 10 years I decided to buy a new one that has a few more perks like spare spool holder and wheels that convert it no only to an edger like the old one but also to a mini lawnmower for some smaller spaces that my riding mower can't get to. So far loving it as good as the old one if not a bit more:) If it lasts as long as the previous one I will be ecstatic.

I love ALL of my WORX products. The string trimmer works very well and makes easy work of cleaning up my yard. I have been using WORX for the past 10 years and it is the best on the market. I love that the batteries are interchangeable so I always have one ready when needed. I have no interest in any other battery operated product. Can't wait to see what they come out with next.

Bought this trimmer end of May. I’m 6’2 and this trimmer is so much more comfortable than my old black and decker. I can adjust it to fit me, makes it feel like half the weight. Very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the trimmer for 2 months now and love that it is lightweight, the handle is adjustable depending on your height, easily changes from trimmer to edger! The string is also very easy to change and the lifetime spool replacement is fabulous!

Constantly squeezing on/off switch is hard on my carpal tunnel. Too many adjustment options. Can't figure out what combo makes it work well and is comfortable. Locking collar won't tighten enough so telescopic shaft moves easily. Get the 4.0 battery if you want to use this for any decent length of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just received this, and I can't say I'm thrilled with it. I have a 10 year oldone and couldn't find a battery for it in stock - my battery won't hold a charge, so thought I'd get a new one. Definitely NOT made for left handers!!!!!! The older one you could switch hands and change the bottom trimmer part MUCH easier. This one takes much more work and as a left hander need to hold in a very uncomfortable position to use it. Have only used once, so may get used to it, but first impression is not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
