I received the product but find it is too short. We have an older one that is longer. Tyour tech says it is a foot longer but it seems to be a foot shorter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there! Thank you for posting your review. The WG170 GT Revolution grass trimmer is our longest standard 20V trimmer to date. To extend the shaft on your tool, you must simply turn the orange lock collar in the center of the shaft clockwise to loosen the collar, then adjust your shaft to the maximum length, then tighten it by turning it counter-clockwise. Easy, accurate and light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two gass edgers another battery powered edger and now this one. It is now a pleasure to manicure my lawn. I do my sidewalk and driveway in record time with great precision. The fist and may be the second time you use it you may thinking the battery does not last long, but as you get comfortable with it, it will not disappoint. I am on a large corner lot with a large driveway and it does it all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had high hopes

I am disabled and hoped the wheels on this tool would allow me to do a few things in my yard while I’m stuck with my cane. The problem is the locking feature at the base of the shaft does not work, rendering the tool unsafe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
