Replacement and upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this new trimmer to replace our old one. Our original Worx trimmer lasted 5 years, and was used on a regular basis. Couldn’t be happier with the longevity! This new trimmer works even better and I’m sure will give us years of great service. Great products! Keep up the good work!

2nd Worx Weed Trimmer

This trimmer is lighter than the previous one. It comes assembled except you have to screw on the black cover. It's easy to handle and use.

Had one of the old 18V trimmers that works great. Decided to upgrade to the 20V model. Glad I did. Still use the old one at my summer place

I used my neighbors tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was in search of similar tool and was sold thanks to our neighbor who had something like this. I like the 3-1 features and lightweight.
I hope the thin plastic lasts long enough and could be part of warranty.
Is the string really replaceable free for life?
The shipping took more than 12 days That included two different ETA. Not happy about that.
I’d consider another brand and/or purchase at store because of the lag in shipping
