I replaced my 18V trimmer and this one is even better than the one I replaced it with. Good power for my needs, easy to control and clean.

Inefficiency

I love the other Worx products I own but this doesn’t hold up. There is only enough power to clean a small area and the various attachments don’t work well at all. The smaller nozzles don’t create forceful pressure as one would expect andI was unsuccessful using the deflator. definitely not worth it and most likely the higher voltage product would probably suit my needs better but I still have my gas powered blower.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At 1st I thought that my purchase would not live up to the hype,but fortunately I was pleasantly surprised by the many features and outstanding cutting ability of this battery powered string trimmer

Great string trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Worx string trimmer. I bought my first one about 4 years ago and it still works fine. I bough my second one a month ago, because the handle is longer and the automatic string advance feature works great. No more stopping several times to adcance the trimmer line. I love the new one. Also ,the battery from the first trimmer works great with the new trimmer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Valued Customer.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. You can try resetting the auto feed system by pressing the small square reset button on the bottom of the trimmer. It is located below the eyelet where your line feeds out on the trimmer head. If you press that 3 times, the auto feed system will reset and the line will come out properly. Be sure not to pull the line out by hand. This will tighten the line around the spool defeating the purpose of the auto feed feature. There is no need to bump the trimmer on the ground.
To feed more line, it is first necessary to allow the trimmer to stop completely; it must come to a complete rest, then restart, allowing the motor to reach full speed. Repeat above until you hear the line hitting against the Line Cutter.

Makes my DIY yard work sooooo easy!

I purchased a month ago, TX had a very dry summer but I wanted to be prepared for next season and so glad I did, we had rain on and off and soon after beautiful new grass appeared along with some crazy tall weeds randomly popping up, so I opened the box, found the charger and battery, plugged in for a few hours until the solid green light appeared, snapped a few parts together on the weedeater, edger tool then boom, all ready! I'm finally free of cords!!!! I didn't realize how much better that was going to be, saved me so much time! I am short so the ability to adjust the handle was awesome and the quick switch to get the edger is so simple and gave me a clean line down the front and sides of my yard, loving this tool! I also own the leaf blower mulcher combo which is an amazing tool as well, I totally recomend worx tools, also bought this tool last year for my Dad who is 90 plus years and still loves some limited yard work and he loves it too!
I would recommend this to a friend!
