Love the adjustable string head

Bought this trimmer end of May. I’m 6’2 and this trimmer is so much more comfortable than my old black and decker. I can adjust it to fit me, makes it feel like half the weight. Very comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Power String and Compact.

I bought this a month ago, use it every Sunday, and have only pushed the button to add more string once. (Notice I posed a button not tapped the head on the ground). I was a little bummed at the length of the trimmer when it first arrived, but that quickly disappeared when using the string guard, flower guard, and wheels. Super compact but awesome to maneuver because of the light weight and features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Light Weight, easy start

My husband talked me into purchasing it, I did not think it would be made well, turns out I was wrong the trimmer is well made, light and starts a push of button, beats pulling the rope. I am disatified with customer service.

Good Product but

I like some of the new features like the longer shaft, spare spool holder and “small
lawnmower” feature.
But...the new push button to adjust the handle is awkward to use and not as easy as my old one. The shaft adjustment with the twist to tighten/loosen is much harder than the old trigger style adjustment. With arthritis this is more difficult to use. I also do not like the manual feed feature. My old one had automatic feed and was a lot easier to use.

Nice Addition to Tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister owns one and loves it. Her hands are very arthritic, but WORX is comfortable to use. I ordered one when I saw the line feed is a button on the handle; SO much easier than "bumping!" Love how well it cuts, light weight, easy to assemble, and many positions for all trimming/weeding needs!
