I will have to be straight forward and admit during the first half hour of use I was thinking about shipping this thing back. It is all due to the fact that the instruction manual has to be the worst and despite the fact you think its a blower/vac how much instruction could you need, there is a technique and a methodology that I had to learn by trial and error to change this return to a favorite in the yard. I welcome WORX to follow up and save themselves from some disappointed/frustrated customers. And otherwise I recommend this tool without hesitation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not notice that it wasn't cordless. The piece works wonderful but wish it was cordless like my other worxs.

Best Investment for Yard Cleanup

So, I purchased after seeing add on TV. This tool is extraordinary! Powerful suction to pick up, collect and MULCH leaves and equally powerful leaf blower! I just love this thing! Made crowd size patio cleanup FUN!
Highly recommended. P.S. I also purchased the attachment to suction leaves into receptacle but didn't use it because the leave mulcher pulverizes the leaves!

Works as advertised but not made for the 6' + crowd. Have to bend over and drag bag on ground to use vacuum mode since tube is to short.

DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SHOULDER STRAP FOR THE TRIVAC

Nice blower/vac but was VERY surprised that there is ONLY a carry/shoulder strap for the bag itself BUT NO strap for the blower/vac unit itself. REALLY? The blower.vac is HEAVY! Pretty sure that many folks will want and NEED a strap to not have to muscle this dead weight by pure hand/arm strength. This makes the unit a bit of chore to handle as it weighs close to 9 pounds empty. A pretty LOW RENT/El CHEAPO move by WORX! By the way it appears another smaller/lighter model DOES include a shoulder strap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A blower that you won't lend to neighbors!

I've had my new trick vac about a month and it gets easier to use each time. I filled all these bags in the matter of 2 hours. Dry leaves, wet leaves and even some small branches and twigs. Again worx has hit the nail on the head! I'm 71and have a bad back, but I want to do my own yard work and equipment like worx makes it easy for even me. I own enough of worx tools , I should be a stockholder! Keep up the good Engineering and listening to what people have to say!
