The unit is missing the plastic debris cover which is required for the unit to actually work. It is useless without it. I have tried to email Worx to no avail

Our city stopped bulk leaf pick up and expect us to bag now. This Vac/Mulcher has helped me pick up thousands of pounds of leaves. With the hose attachment, I fill up bags that have 10times the leaves that you normally could fit. This is the most used outdoor tool I have. Fantastic
