Awesome concept

I haven't had any problems as of yet, I have a few pecan trees, and several other trees surrounding my property. That said, my property has a lot of leaves and it hasn't been maintained for a while and the tri-vac is a huge help. The only thing I would suggest is that a shoulder strap should come with the product. It shouldn't be an accessory you have to buy, because it gets a little heavy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old blower/vac that had seen better days. This unit is so much better! The vacuum mulcher does a way better job; since it mulches so small, there are less bags to carry to the curb. Conversion between vacuum and blower is really easy; just remove the bag and twist the dial. I wish there was another handle somewhere, as vacuuming is much more efficient with two hands. But that's a minor thing compared to the benefits.

More work than bagging

I bought this for the mulching/bagging function. It works fine as a blower. If you wear the mulching bag, it constantly and relentlessly shocks you. Carrying the bag in hand by handle prevents this. The mulching blade cannot handle
even small twigs or mulch pieces
without clogging. Only the driest of leaves are effectively mulched.
The amount of leaves per bag is greatly overestimated as well. I’m getting 1 1/2 to 2 bag equivalents.

We do not recommend the Trivac for use with acorns, gumballs, or pine cones as these objects can become projectiles and may cause injury or damage. We recommend blowing the leaves into a pile and then set the Trivac to vacuum mode to avoid these objects.
The Trivac is not supposed to shock you. Please ensure the correct extension cord is being used with this Trivac since it requires a specific cord. The dimensions, voltages, amperage, and length of the cords are listed in your manual.

Leaves be gone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this late in the season so I was only able to test of “small” wet piles. I understand now why there isn’t a cordless version. It has met or exceeded my expectations. I should have purchased this sooner.

Powerful!, Takes half the time to do twice the job

We have used work tools for years, And Just needed a more powerful blower. Boy did we get 1I can't wait to use the mulching feature. We still have the 1 we bought years ago And I can use it for little jobs. I have multiple sclerosis and it's very light and easy to maneuver. The new 1 is heavier but my husband has absolutely no trouble using it. We live in a mobile home, so , so our lot is not Very big. But we are surrounded by maple trees I we all know how many leaves those things drop every year, not to mention there seeds That need vacuumed If you don't want baby maple trees in the spring and every 1 of your flower beds. Wonderful products well made long lasting I would recommend them to anyone.
