Does not work on big leaves

Very disappointed so far, I bought this product because I have fig trees in the yard and of course they drop a massive amount of leaves in the winter. Fig tree leaves are huge like a maple leaf but bigger so it constantly requires you to reach down to the suction nozzle to feed them in because it constantly clogs. There is a shoulder strap to support the mulch bag but the vacuum itself gets to feeling very heavy and there is no strap for that. Eventually, I gave up fighting with the clogging of fig tree leaves and went back to the old rake. Works well on small leaves but forget the big stuff. Oh the zipper on the mulching back is not user-friendly sticks all the time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this a few weeks ago. I couldn’t wait to try it. Easy to assemble. Works great as a blower, vacuum and mulcher. I like that you just flip the lever and it becomes a vacuum. Does everything
that I saw on the TV infomercial. Very happy with this great product. I already recommended it to my neighbor,

Surprised I didn’t know this existed!

My mother and I were watching a tv advertisement for this product and she loved it. She does a lot of work in the yards of her house and it can get pretty tiring picking up all the dead leaves and burning them (she lives in El Salvador). She got super excited when she saw that this product sucks up dead leaves and turns them to mulch for fertilizer. I researched it online because she wanted one and I found out this product came out years ago! If we had known, we would have purchased it much sooner. I’m not giving it the full 5 stars yet since she hasn’t used it yet, but so far she is very happy with it.

I bought a Worx trivac about 4 years ago and the opening where you dump the leaves out won't stay together. I have to use large binder clamps to hold it together its such a pain.
I wish there was a better way to seal the end so leaves won't blow the leaves.out of the bag

I really like this product, it is well built and designed. BUT, you forgot the people that are taller than six feet tall. There should be an adapter to extend the vacuum port for taller people. Buy the time I was half way through the job, I had to stop and take a break to release the LOWER back pain from having to bend over. Your older model had an extension, that lengthened it AND changed the angle. I have five of your products, and am a fan, but there could be improvements to this product !!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this leaf blower/mulcher/vacuum twice, and so far it has worked as advertised. Very powerful suction. It does a good job mulching leaves. I especially like the convenient switch on the handle for blower/suction power and the shoulder strap for the bag.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was the first Word tool I have owned but it won't be the last for sure. I'm really impressed with the design and quality. It works 10x better than my old B&D blower/vacuum it replaces and is so much easier to maneuver, empty and use overall. I could not be happier with my purchase. Glad I found Worx as I plan buy some other yard tools like a line trimmer when my old one dies.
I would recommend this to a friend!
