Disappointed

We have bought Worx tools before and been very happy. Right now I am VERY disappointed. Can't get blower to work at all. Have tried to turn switch but it will only go to vacuum mode. I will change rating if problem is resolved. It is also a little heavy for an old lady.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am one handed. This unit is light weight and easy to handle. Two speeds on blower and vac work great for cleaning leaves from shrub beds without disturbing stones or mulch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TRIVAC arrived this week and I couldn't be happier with a product. I searched for a long time to find an outdoor vac that would allow me to pick up debris without stooping down and dealing with a flexible hose with a very small opening. With this vac, it took no time at all to clean up my entire backyard and patio. THANK YOU.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to help out with all the pinestraw and leaves that we have in our yard. It works really well but is a little heavier than I expected. It was very easy to assemble and use and I really like having the attachable bag to collect the trimmings. The bag makes it easier for me to empty into the yard bags we are required to use by the city. I love Worx products.

Have used only once and learned that all leaves need to be moved to hard surface area. Vacuuming up from planter areas is way to dusty as the blower/vac sucks up dirt. Next time will need to move all leaves to concrete, first.

Great product for a really great price!

I purchased this product some time back to replace an old blower that had played out and this thing works pretty well. The only one problem I have is that I don't know how to get the front nozzle off. I want to have to disassemble it so that I can a little more space in my storage shed.

I will never use a rake again! Thank you so much for my 3 in 1,things have gotten better!! unfortunately I clogged my 3 in 1 and i need to repair,help!! where do i go,who do i call? I need my Worx working now,spring is here. Thank You,keep up the good work,i have my trimmer from you too!
