I've only used as a vacuum and it works well. The bag does fill up quickly and it can get heavy. Not sure where they get 16 to 1 as I have filled 4 36 gal trash bags with only 11 bags of leaves from the tool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product for the money

Great product, plenty of power. Does everything as stated. The only negative is with the bag. The bag should have stronger stitching because it does not last very long before the stitching comes undone. Also I think that the shoulder carrying strap should be included with the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I found that the vacuum and mulching feature is excellent. The blower however is very poor even with the power set to six. My 20 year old blower has twice the power. I worry about the on/off switch which is very stiff and the bag zipper. They seem to be a problem waiting to happen. In spite of these comments I will keep it just for the mulching feature.

Great yard vacuum

I've only used the yard vacuum feature to get leaves and debris from the flower beds near our pool. Does a great job of vacuuming up leaves and other small plant material and mulches it down nicely. My biggest complaint is the length of the tube. I am 6' 2" and have to bend over to get close enough to the ground to vacuum up debris. There is a shoulder strap but it only supports the mulching bag, but that still wouldn't help with constantly bending over. I hope in the future they make a longer tube that could be purchased separately for those of us that are taller. And include that tube for all new purchases.

DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SHOULDER STRAP FOR THE TRIVAC

Nice blower/vac but was VERY surprised that there is ONLY a carry/shoulder strap for the bag itself BUT NO strap for the blower/vac unit itself. REALLY? The blower.vac is HEAVY! Pretty sure that many folks will want and NEED a strap to not have to muscle this dead weight by pure hand/arm strength. This makes the unit a bit of chore to handle as it weighs close to 9 pounds empty. A pretty LOW RENT/El CHEAPO move by WORX! By the way it appears another smaller/lighter model DOES include a shoulder strap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works as advertised but not made for the 6' + crowd. Have to bend over and drag bag on ground to use vacuum mode since tube is to short.
