Really, very happy & pleasantly surprised at the power this blower has ! Stronger than expected and the mulcher works great too.With a nice low price, you can't go wrong !

Really disappointed in the new model Trivac. Now have to remove bag to use the blower. Bad design Worx. Could have ordered old model cheaper
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate our customers feedback. Yes, this is one of the many differences. The leaf collection bag does have to be removed to use in vac mode. The WORX Blower/Mulcher/Vac works great, is lightweight and easy to handle. I had a Toro older model and it was so awkward to hold especially for any length of time. This WORX is ergonomically perfect!

Just got it and immediately tried it out. Easy to use and convert from one function to another. The only glitch was trying to register the warranty online-my model was not on the menu list.

I ran across this in a facebook ad and was hesitant at first, but I am glad that I purchased it. The unit is sturdy and the motor does a good job of pulling in the leaves. The leaf collection bag does fill up relatively fast, so I would recommend purchasing the add on tube that can be attached directly to a trash can. It just saves time having to change out the bag. Overall, I am satisfied.
