Leaves and compression

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to both blow leaves into a pile and vacuum them up. It works great. It works so well my father in law bought one also. My only issue is getting into the mulch. If it sucks to big of a piece of mulch up it will stop the motor and you have to take the clog out. Just blow the leaves out of the mulch and then vacuum them up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a Toro blower/mulcher, which I was becoming dissatisfied with, and decided to switch to the Worx Trivac. It just so happened that the Toro failed (the vacuum latch broke), & the Trivac was delivered that afternoon. I unpackaged perused the manual and put it right to work. WOW! The vacuum is a beast. The Toro was choking and stuggling with the piles of leaves I had. The Trivac made quick work of them, and mulched it finer the the Toro ever did, and didn't clog or choke on any of it (some of the leaves were wet). I had the opportunity 3 days later to be working with a crew clearing a rental property of leaves. Again...WOW. Just a powerful as a gas blower that someone else was using, and I could switch from blowing to vacuum quickly. It saved my back from all that bending and picking up, and saved my hands from blisters from the raking. After only 2 uses ... y'all have hit a home run with this. The Trivac is light enough that it doesn't require 2 hands to use which is a plus also. I was impressed enough to order the Leaf Collection system so I'm not stopping so often to empty the bag. Good Job Worx!

Easy to operate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this up and running in less than 20 minutes! Bought it to vacuum and mulch leaves and wow it worked great! If you are older it can get a little heavy but just empty more often it’s easy! Would also recommend a handle toward the back part to help balance holding it! I have a section that has a chain link fence and a concrete wall just big enough for the 3/1 to fit but it’s awkward to hold! Of course cordless would knock if off the chart if it doesn’t increase weight a lot! My neighbor came out to check it out!

Under powered, especially for a corded tool. Don't think of moving or vacuuming wet leaves. Sucked up a small (<1/8") twig and all I smelled was burning rubber that got caught in the impeller. Probably works good picking up dry leaves off of a solid surface (driveway or sidewalk). Not at all what I was expecting. Returning tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please know that for all of our Trivac for efficient performance only mulch down dry leaves, as wet leaves can clog the impeller or mulch down improperly. We recommend assessing your lawn before mulching leaves. Twigs, branches, and other sharp debris can damage or cause the blower to not work at its optimum performance.

I finally got to use my Trivac this weekend. Some leaves were wet but they blew, vacuumed and mulched just the same. I continued to use it today before I came home and didn't let me down.
