The concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I said, the concept is great blower vacuum I liked it, but your motor is way too heavy and unbalanced and you get absolutely filthy when vacuuming well not and cannot recommend it to anybody. Got to buy a vacuum.

Vacuum always mulches=extreme dust/allergen issue

On vacuum mode it’s such a mess. The bag isn’t airtight at all and it mulches everything even if you don’t want it to, so garage dust&bugs, pollen season…you get absolutely covered in the mulched dust format of everything you want this machine to help you with. Also it can’t handle the tiny sticks (which are part of leaves!) or pebbles it vacuums because it can’t mulch them so it makes a horrific noise and smells burnt and you’re constantly turning it off and on to free up those bits.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great for mulching leaf's and the blower is powerful. I like that it has a metal fan blade which is what I was looking for. I’ve had mulcher’s with plastic fan blades and they don’t last long. It’s a little heavy but not too much.

This tool is solidly made. So far I have used the vacuum/mulch function, but not the blower. The vacuum power is not impressive, but it is adequate for picking up dry leaves. The mulcher is amazing, reducing roughly 10 bags of leaves down to less than one bag of mulch.
One really nice aspect of this tool is the ability to switch from vacuum to blower by simply rotating the knob. I like the way the collection bag attaches to the unit with a locking mechanism that is secure but easy to operate. The collection bag is small, but that doesn't really matter because of the efficiency of the mulching blades. The shape of the bag and location of the zipper make it easy to empty without making a mess and choking on leaf dust.
As I expected, the unit is fairly heavy, and can be tiring to use for more than 30-40 minutes at a time. It is designed to be wielded with one hand only. I think the addition of a second hold for the other hand would really help to reduce fatigue.
In summary, this is a good product that could be made better by being a little more powerful, and incorporating an additional hand-hold to help with weight distribution.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Power is actually really good. The mulching function works maybe too well. It pulverizes everything into dust which goes right through the collection bag and coats the blower and you in dust. It can get heavy after a bit. Wish it had a wheel option to use when needed. Overall not terrible but not awesome either

I used this blower 2 times. During the second time using the trivac it just quit working. tried it several days and months later still would not work. I feel for the price one pays it is not worth it.

Love mulching my leaves for my garden while this product worked, but it seems the motor quit and it’s just over the warrantied period. Used twice a year for 3 years, the motor shouldn’t quit that fast.

I am very disappointed in your support. I purchased a gas trimmer with 24v max and now I find that I can't purchase a replacement battery, because it is no longer available. So much for standing by your product. I will be sure to recomend anyone I know to avoid your products.
