It's ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blower is good and if it was only that I would have given it a 4, but the vacuum is just ok. The 2 speeds would have been great if the lower speed actually picked up anything. The higher speed barely vacuumed up debris. It's average and the price kind of reflected that, but I expected a little bit more of the product I purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used an older Worx blower - vacuum for years but could tell it was getting tired!
Really like the higher volume vacuum feature and the mulching. Should have ordered this one sooner! Its a little bit heavier but OK.

Machine is powerful but the bag is inadequate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a TRIVAC about a month ago and impressed by the power of the machine. But the bag is way to porous and allows a lot of dust to escape the bag. This causes the dust to enter the house as well as cover lawn furniture and the patio area. I had an original WORX leaf vac and the bag was excellent on keeping the dust inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good product, solid design

I purchased this a few weeks ago and it has been a great addition to my fall cleanup routine. It has a strong enough suction to pickup leaves, but leaves the landscaping rock in-place. My only suggestion is to have a good mask. This thing completely pulverizes leaves and it is dusty work.

The Old Trivac versus new one

The Old Trivac would get jammed from small branches or mulch and would not be able to chop these small pieces and the motor would burn out. Have they solved this issue with the new design? With the weight of the bag and no trap to help support this tool, how does a consumer handle carrying all this weight?

It's messy and very limited. Use a respirator.

I have just come inside after 10 minutes of work and 20 for cleanup. The unit works as long as there are no branches/twigs that will jam it, you can get the opening close enough to such up the leaves, and the stuff to be sucked up is not very dry. It creates a cloud of dust so be sure to protect your lungs and eyes. Plan on a shower and washing your clothes and shoes or you will look and feel like you just got in from a dust storm. I would rather use a mulching mower than this. To be fair, it is summer and the leaves were really dry.
