I just used this last week and was very didappointed, and it was partly my fault. I didn’t pay attention when I purchased it that it required a 120 VAC extention cord. For some reason I thought it was battery operated, and should’ve realized a battery couldn’t supply the power required to move heavy piles of leaves. So I had to be very careful to not trip myself with the extention cord. Secondly, the bag filled up so fast I spent more time dumping the mulched up leaves, and I couldn’t use it without the bag attached. Finally, when I tried to remove the big nozzle to store it, I had a tough time depressing the detents to remove it. I had to push them while my wife had to tug it off, and when it finally came loose it pinched my thumb. Oh yeah, and the dang thing weighs a ton.

Yes, it does get heavy. I wish Worx offered the shoulder strap as an accessory to buy. But this machine gets the job done. I can suck up all of my leaves and have a fine powder mulch afterward. Best if leaves are dry but that's pretty much true with anything except a pro-grade, gas-powered, on-wheels mulcher. Will also not pick up grass (see the previous comment). But overall, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
Have only used one time. It does get heavy, but I think that’s to be expected considering all the leaves it’s picking up and mulching. I am happy with my purchase. Have other Worx products that I have been using for years. Have not let me down so far!
i used the trivac this year for the first time. It worked very well. my ONLY "complaint" would be the gathering bag is kinda small and only has a zipper on the bottom, which makes it difficult, when the bag is full of mulched leaves, to empty into a collection bag without damage to the bag. Why not have the zipper extend up one side of the bag.?
Good power. Very unbalanced. The otter issue is if you’re not a short person you need to always bend over. I’m 6’2” and my back was killing me by the time I cleared my small yard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy. Awkward to use. Powerful, reduces leaves to incredible amount. Love the tool, more for younger guys.
