I bought this as I have a half acre of lawn with shade trees, I got tired of raking and bagging so this cuts my leaf time in half. Just make sure to get a high quality cord to avoid running hit and burning up

I've got an acre of maple and oak. This mulcher is terrific. Very fast. Light weight and easy to move around. No more bagging of leaves.

Great for garden mulch

Picking up leaves and using the leaf mulcher. Just took it to the garden and let the mulched leaves fall right where it was. Didn't use a bag, just moved the mulcher when we needed to. Great little machine.

great but motor died

I researched leaf mulchers and was convinced this was what I needed. I wasn't disappointed. It works great. The only problem is that after 2 years, in our 3rd season of use, the motor died on me. The problem - Worx discontinued the motors. So, I'm now out a leaf mulcher. We'll see how their warranty and their customer service is.

I bought this at the beginning of fall. It is fairly sturdy, easy to assemble, and starts and stops with no problem. It does not shred the leaves as finely as my gas chipper/shredder, does not handle wet or fibrous leaves well, and does not handle sticks of any size. That said, I can use it by myself instead of depending on my husband to do the job with me, it is not as loud and there are no gas fumes, so it's worth having.

Works as advetised but not sure of value

I have only used this machine once so far. It works as advertised but there is a lot of dust and I am unable to use the paper bags bought in the box stores. The bag openings are too small for the ring and you have to rip the bag to make it fit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
