Great concept; design flaws easy to improve

I bought this product three years ago. It was used one season and now just sits collecting dust. Why? The Flex-a-lines break every few seconds.
Despite using up all the lines included in the box, and therefore not finishing the job, I will admit the mulcher has a powerful motor and the leaves do get broken up quite a bit.

Will only work with dry leaves. Don't even try damp or wet leaves because the funnel design of the machine and gravity will pull the leaves right into the bag, just as they are. Even the smallest of twigs break up the Flex-a-lines. Maybe Worx Inc. will someday provide free Flex-a-lines for the mulcher as they do for the weed killer?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry for the confusion. This unit is for use with dry leaves; not wet leaves or twigs.

This turned an eight bag hand-stuffed job into a 3 bag mulched job in about 60% of the time.

Make leaf clean up easy

Bought this a month ago and found this to work great! So much easier to rake and bag leaves! Last year 36 bags. This year 11. Plus...so easy to fill the bag of leaves. Love it and I am so glad I purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my husband for his birthday....He was so excited and now he cannot wait to try it out. He just turned 59 this year and after last years excursion with leaf clean up when he saw this he said that he just had to have it. Last year he used his WORX leaf blower that also mulches. He worked about 4 hours just in the back yard. My husband is a WORX fanatic. His lawn mower, snow blower, all hand tools and 2 leaf blowers are all WORX. Thank you for making such great tools. He also loves the way you stand behind your products and the fast delivery time on orders.
