WIFI

The HL-L3300CDW is a really nice printer. My only problem is that it will NOT contact to my wifi and I have tried 25 different ways and methods. So I had to go the USB route.

Printer pretty good

Took a while to connect to laptop, phone and tablet. Could not connect to Apple tablet. Printing envelopes always seems to jam at least onece before it prints.

Printer Problems

We've had a lot of problems with the printer since we installed it several months ago. The print quality is good, but the connectivity between my Apple MacBook Air and and printer is unreliable. Often, when I try to print something, it just spits out a blank page. Then I go to "system preferences," select the Brother printer, click on "open printer queue, and try again. Sometimes this works, sometimes is doesn't. My wife has had better luck printing from her Apple iMac. But yesterday, neither one of us could get anything to print. Today, however, it seems to be working fine. This has been extremely frustrating, and I'm not sure what to do. So I'll probably end up calling my IT support guy, who installed the printer for us, and it will cost us some money to have him come back and try to figure out what the problem is.

The printer does not work well with MacOS. To print, I have to turn-off the printer and restart. The auto power-off mode does not work.

Great Laser printer

This was a christmas present. It was easy to set up and prints beautifully. It is a bit heavy and may take 2 people to move it but other than that, I love it.

Quality With Ease of Setup & Use

The only thing wrong with the machine is single page scanning, you can't scan multiple pages! It's easy to use & setup!

A Horrific Expericence

My printer is a year & 8 mons old and I have been having problems with the ink each time I have to change a cartridge. I get a reading that says that there is no cartridge so I end up changing all of them and it still says the same thing. I have turned it off, unplugged it for a day and it still does the same. it is nerve racking every time.
