So happy with this printer

I needed a color printer, and gave away my ancient Brother B&W printer which was still working perfectly after decades of use. Decided to try inkjet printers -- such a disappointment. Difficult to set up, constant error messages, cartridges showing empty after a week, many calls to support; I finally gave up. After four purchases and returns, and many frustrating hours later, I found this Brother laser color printer at a very reasonable price. Works like a charm: beautiful prints, easy to set up, not a single problem. No. More. Stress.

Just what I was needing

I was a user of inkjet printers all of my life and i don't print pictures often but when I would want to, the ink was dry. This was pricier to begin with but I know I'll save a LOT of money in the long run. The machine is dependable too. Another thing I'm not used to in printers as well. If needed, i will be buying another Brother.

Just Bad- stay away!

Do not buy this product. What a big waste of money. I’m not sure I will ever consider a product from this brand again. Good luck finding ink for this and if you like scanning large documents one at a time then maybe this is for you. I have had this for about six months and it looks brand new because I can’t use it. It is easier to take pictures of document with my phone and convert them to pdf than using this terrible product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as part of a promotion. Easy setup. Printer is heavy so be careful. I have gone through a lot of different models and this by far is amazing. It printed instantly which means I don’t have to wait forever. No ink streak marks and has several trays you can put your paper through. Definitely would recommend!
