This was a christmas present. It was easy to set up and prints beautifully. It is a bit heavy and may take 2 people to move it but other than that, I love it.

Quality With Ease of Setup & Use

The only thing wrong with the machine is single page scanning, you can't scan multiple pages! It's easy to use & setup!

Great Printer

The best thing about Brother printers is, simply, that they WORK. They are not constantly 'off line' requiring hours of wasted time every time one wants to print something (recognize anyone, HP?) the print quality is great and they last forever, at least in my experience. The wireless setup was fast and easy and it has been solidly on line and available ever since. I don't mind spending money on a good product, and this is a good product.

A Horrific Expericence

My printer is a year & 8 mons old and I have been having problems with the ink each time I have to change a cartridge. I get a reading that says that there is no cartridge so I end up changing all of them and it still says the same thing. I have turned it off, unplugged it for a day and it still does the same. it is nerve racking every time.
