I just buried a 25yr old dryer and bought this GE 7.2 cu gas dryer...i cant wait to do laundry to see how much better and faster clothes dry...it looks really nice and matches my washer..cant believe at 71yr old i have such nice appliances..the drum is huge and in a stainless steel finish..its definitely quieter than my old one...Hubby installed with no problem...it has all the features i need for the clothes we have..need nothing fancy just efficient!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're glad to hear that your dryer is working well. Noise levels can vary between different models and brands. It is completely normal for this model to make sounds while in operation. You may hear a squeak when the dryer starts that should go away after the first few seconds of operation. It's also normal to hear the sound of the drum as it turns.
