Unacceptable

From day one made a scarping noise. Called GE and sent a tech to look at it. He said problem with frame. Deyer should be replaced. Called and was told would not replace would have to rebuild. Delivered all pieces to replace frame plus a drum. I am a 73 year old under 5 ft tall trying to get these boxes in my house!! Doesn't sound reasonable to me.

Just had the dryer delivered and installed today. Did two loads of laundry. Excellent drying ability and large capacity. Am very happy with it.

We love our new GE gas dryer. Controls and setting are clear and easy to read and operate. The dryer is very quiet which is a big plus. Everything seems well made and feels like this machine should last us a good long time.
