Simple and easy to use

We purchased this washer and dryer set for my mom. She loves how easy it is to use and the simplicity. It’s very large inside for what she needs. It’s not a smart set so it’s a lot easier for her to use as an older person. It was easy to installand it’s very quiet. It does have a buzzing sound once the load is complete and it works great for every day use

GE Dryer Works Fine

The GE dryer was a replacement for another GE dryer that had given me 8 years of excellent use. The new dryer works as fine as the last one. Large, clean, easy to use, and dependable, I am a happy consumer!

THE DRYER IS PERFECT. MY OLD DRYER WAS GENERAL ELECTRIC THAT WAS 14 YEARS OLD SO I ALREADY TO THAT I GOT A GOOD ONE .

Takes too long to get hot

We see that a service appointment has been scheduled to check the function of your dryer and we are confident the matter will be resolved by a Bodewell technician.
In the meantime, here are some troubleshooting tips:
Be sure to remove and clean the lint filter each time the dryer is used. The filter can be washed with warm soapy water to remove fabric softener residue from the screen.
When you wash towels, be sure to use a higher spin speed or extended spin on your washer, as this removes more water from clothing which decreases drying time.
