Crap design

Beware of this dryer. The inside lip of the opening of the dryer will snag your cloths that have any strings and twist them and destroy them. Several times this has happened and I am fed up

Thr dryer is fine in every way except there is no light, which is inconvenient. Also, the venting "tube" is much too big and bulky and takes too much room. Perhaps it could be more flexible?

The dryer worked for 2 days and now it tumbles but does not heat so the clothes are not drying. I spent several hours today trying to get some help with no results
