[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the self clean cycle. I used to have to set a calendar reminder monthly and use chemicals to clean washer. Love the detergent and fabric softener dispensers. My old washer didn't have them.

Cleans the most difficult stains

Convenient reminder messages

Pros: Convenient messages sent to phone when the washer is completed.
Great size to hold loads.
Self cleaning mode is a nice feature.
Cons: Wish you could change the temp and time features more easliy,but maybe need to read up some more to figure it out.
Sometimes it doesn't complete the cycle and shows as done,but no rinse cycle was performed.
Pros: Convenient messages sent to phone when the washer is completed.
Great size to hold loads.

Great Washer with Issues

The only issue is some loads aren’t spun correctly in the end which results with an error message which happens a little too often for my liking. I’ll press resume and the time will increase but results are the same so I’m just wasting water and time. Rinse & spin function doesn’t always work correctly too.
