Do not but this washer unless you want to spend endless hours trying to get it to spin out. Don't worry it won't, it doesnt matter how the clothes are arranged or the load size. I changed the tension bars didn't work, leveled it, recalibrated, nothing works. Only had it 3 years, and from what I've read I am not the only one to have this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crap it is useless

Never buy one of these machines if you want a washer that works for over 5 years.There is just myself and my wife in our household.We bought one around 5 years ago.Now I spend more time trying to get it to spin without it getting unbalanced.5 towels or a set of 2 bedsheets and 4 pillowcases and it takes me an hour unloading soaking washing to try to.load it again to make it balanced I even went as far as folding towels before washing them. Will never buy again and NEVER recommend

I hate this machine. We’ve had it for a little over four years and there have been issues on top of issues. It leaves a weird residue on dark clothing no matter what soap we try. It becomes unbalanced easily and every time we adjust the load it continues to add 20 minutes to the spin cycle resulting in over THREE HOURS for one load

Connectivity is my favorite feature

New technology we'll worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer without an agitator. It has been a quiet machine. The technology has improved from my previous washer. When the washer completes it's cycles, it plays musical tones to indicate it done. I had my previous washer for 13 years and it was a noise maker. The different types of washing modes are very innovative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after several months of struggling with the washer left me by the prior homeowner. I wish I had purchased this sooner. I LOVE this washer. It is not top of the line, but it does everything I need. I particularly love the SuperSpeed setting if my wash it not terribly dirty. The Active Water Jet gets everything clean, even on the SuperSpeed setting. The washer is quiet and super energy efficient. Very happy with my purchase!
