Simply Fantastic. Washing made easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is basically perfect. Lots of capacity, flexible washing options with notification via the smart things app, and quiet operation. This is hands down better than the washer we previously had and gets things done faster, quieter and importantly just seems to get things cleaner! It also has a nice look to it and a quiet close lid. Would not hesitate to recommend it! In addition the smart things app notification is handy, even pops up on our Samsung TV briefly letting us know the cycle i done, convenient! The self wash function makes keeping the washer clean and odor free a simple press of a button.

Smarter and bigger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pictures of this washer do not convey how much room you have to fill it. I did not know how much time and money this machine is saving us compared to our old 15 year old washer until we used it for a month. The amount of money we save in water was very noticeable on our bill. This washer saves you money by adjusting the amount of water by weighing your clothes. You no longer have to tell the washer how big your load is. Which means no wrong setting and no wasting water. You still have the option of filling your washer with more water if needed. So you are not missing out old time settings. You also have the option to quick wash your clothes in under 30 minutes. A typical wash on the washer is over 1 hour. So cutting your time in half saves you time without sacrificing cleanliness. It did not make sense how most dryers have a bigger capacity than some washers. Now having a washer that matches your dryer capacity is great since you can dry one huge load and save energy. Finally a huge capacity washer that matches almost all dryers capacity. Integretion with Alexa is another small and helpful feature I did not know I was going to like. When paired with Alexa it will announce when your dryer is done. This is a great feature since we have our washer on the second floor and being downstairs we would have to guess and make a trip upstairs to check on the washer and see if it is done. This is very helpful in a house of teenagers that will forget they had a load washing. Now we have Alexa to remind them to dry their clothes. No more wet clothes than need to be rewashed because someone forgot about their load. All these little things add up in save our family time and money. And this is what makes this washer a great investment. The money saved compared to an old dumb washer is an expense that is justified.

Loving my new washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new washer. The large capacity cuts my weekly laundry time in half. The clothes come out almost dry which cuts drying time almost in half. There are so many wash cycles that leave your clothes looking and feeling so clean. The wireless feature is amazing it allows you to set the cycles that you want to use and send it to the washer all with a few clicks on my phone. Due to this feature teaching my preteen kids to do their laundry has been a breeze. The no center agitator works amazingly for my down comforter and pillows. There is a self cleaning cycle that makes the washer look and smell brand new. The washer also let's you know in the smart things app when it is done so no more having to check. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone who is looking for a new machine as it is the best I have ever used let alone owned.

Getting Smart with washing clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received our washing machine, and cannot begin to express how happy we are with the unit. Albeit a bit taller than expected, a step stool may be needed for our kids that help with laundry. From the see through window, to the built-in stain washing spout, to the generous amount of smart features, this washing machine will make families happy. Connected to WiFi and the Smart Things app is a breeze, and it makes it easy to get notifications when the wash cycle is complete, as well as program specific wash cycles for a variety of clothing/bedding options and more. We have finally entered the 21st Century with smarter appliances, and we welcome it.

Amazing washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. The tub is big enough to hold my king size comforter. But holds a lot for the family. I love that it softly closes and connects to the phone via smart things app. The app will let me know when I need to do a self clean cycle and the washer looks great after doing that. I love that I know how long the wash will take and that there is a quick wash option. I can also choose to delay the start time which is nice. The app reminds me when it’s done as well. I love the vibration reduction in this washer, it stays still and doesn’t move.

Worth the upgrade, no regrets with this purchase

Love my new washer!
It is so roomy that I can easily wash everything. No issues with the bedding, I throw it all in and use the deep fill mode to add more water. The washer itself is about the same height as my existing dryer, but since it is top loaded, with the lid open I am unable to hang my clothes to dry on the rod/hangers.
It's so quiet that my dogs don't stand guard and bark at it like my old washer lol

bought this a month ago, love the washer but hate the stupid annoying little jingle it plays when cycle finished.
The jingle should be about 5 to 10 seconds and that would be plenty.
