I LOVE my new washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] **For a washer** The Samsung WA52DG5500AW has a large 5.2 cu. Ft tub that allows you to wash more clothes in less loads. As some who is constantly washing for a family of 8, that's huge for me. I love that it saves me time. The tub is also quite deep! If you’re smaller in stature you'll property need a step stool. However the deeper tub also allows for larger / bulkier items like bedding. LOVE the Dynamic WaterJet —-The Dynamic WaterJet is an underlying water fixture that helps with simple pre-treatment of smudged garments. It’s a very useful feature .
**SmartThings App**
The SmartThings app is super user friendly. It interacts well with the washer and alerts me when my wash is completed right on my cell phone. Honestly, I love this feature because the washer runs so quietly this way you are notified when it's done verses listening for the cycle to end. The Super Speed Wash is a fantastic time saver and completes a full. Load in 29 minutes. Ideal when you’re in a rush yet at the same time need clean clothes.
**Self Clean Option**
Self Clean option is great as it alerts you when you when it's time to.deep clean the washer. I use those washer cleaning tablets and drop it inside the tub. Then I set it for self cleaning. It really keeps your washer sanitized and ultimately it will last longer with this built in maintenance.
**Wash Speed**
The washers offers great wash speeds without losing cleaning quality. The quick cycles are ideal for busy schedules. While the wash cycles can be quick and efficient, I wish they were faster or more customizable.
**Energy Proficiency**
This model is ENERGY STAR® Ensured, meaning it’s energy-efficient, saving you money over time.
Overall the Samsung WA52DG5500AW is high-performing, effective and with smart technology features it is the best decision for my family.

Love my washer❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved into our home and where in need of a washer and dryer. This washer is so roomy inside and love the technology. I'm not going to lie at first I had trouble figuring out the settings but the ability to manage your loads through an app made things so much easier. It's a set it and forget it until you are reminded that you were washing. It's great! The warranty is great! I use to have an LG front load washer and loved It until it went out after 6 years and the parts were no longer available to fix. Highly recommend this Samsung washer you won't be disappointed.

Smarter and better?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung washing machine is sleek looking with a slanted tinted top. The interior is stainless and has an agitator. The size is just right. Not too big or small and will hold the right amount for a load of laundry.
It seems to be quieter than older versions. The machine runs smoothly, and is quiet. There are good upgrades and improvements that Samsung has made. Such as more plastic and less metal that'll rust out in the machine. Quieter and a smarter machine. The smart function is spectacular. The smart things app will connect your washing machine to all of you Samsung devices. You can check the progress of the load that you are washing. It'll alert you when the load is complete.
The washing modes in my opinion are not an upgrade. For being an energy efficient machine there are no more eco, towel or a cold only modes. Plus the time of most modes on average are about an hour. Add an extra rinse and that is another 34 minutes. If your using the Heavy duty mode it'll run for an hour and 34 minutes. These modes seem inefficient and excessive to me. But on the other end a quick wash will take 31 minutes.
All in all this washing machine is average and decent for the price.

Simply Fantastic. Washing made easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is basically perfect. Lots of capacity, flexible washing options with notification via the smart things app, and quiet operation. This is hands down better than the washer we previously had and gets things done faster, quieter and importantly just seems to get things cleaner! It also has a nice look to it and a quiet close lid. Would not hesitate to recommend it! In addition the smart things app notification is handy, even pops up on our Samsung TV briefly letting us know the cycle i done, convenient! The self wash function makes keeping the washer clean and odor free a simple press of a button.

Smarter and bigger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pictures of this washer do not convey how much room you have to fill it. I did not know how much time and money this machine is saving us compared to our old 15 year old washer until we used it for a month. The amount of money we save in water was very noticeable on our bill. This washer saves you money by adjusting the amount of water by weighing your clothes. You no longer have to tell the washer how big your load is. Which means no wrong setting and no wasting water. You still have the option of filling your washer with more water if needed. So you are not missing out old time settings. You also have the option to quick wash your clothes in under 30 minutes. A typical wash on the washer is over 1 hour. So cutting your time in half saves you time without sacrificing cleanliness. It did not make sense how most dryers have a bigger capacity than some washers. Now having a washer that matches your dryer capacity is great since you can dry one huge load and save energy. Finally a huge capacity washer that matches almost all dryers capacity. Integretion with Alexa is another small and helpful feature I did not know I was going to like. When paired with Alexa it will announce when your dryer is done. This is a great feature since we have our washer on the second floor and being downstairs we would have to guess and make a trip upstairs to check on the washer and see if it is done. This is very helpful in a house of teenagers that will forget they had a load washing. Now we have Alexa to remind them to dry their clothes. No more wet clothes than need to be rewashed because someone forgot about their load. All these little things add up in save our family time and money. And this is what makes this washer a great investment. The money saved compared to an old dumb washer is an expense that is justified.

Loving my new washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new washer. The large capacity cuts my weekly laundry time in half. The clothes come out almost dry which cuts drying time almost in half. There are so many wash cycles that leave your clothes looking and feeling so clean. The wireless feature is amazing it allows you to set the cycles that you want to use and send it to the washer all with a few clicks on my phone. Due to this feature teaching my preteen kids to do their laundry has been a breeze. The no center agitator works amazingly for my down comforter and pillows. There is a self cleaning cycle that makes the washer look and smell brand new. The washer also let's you know in the smart things app when it is done so no more having to check. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone who is looking for a new machine as it is the best I have ever used let alone owned.

Getting Smart with washing clothes

Albeit a bit taller than expected, a step stool may be needed for our kids that help with laundry. From the see through window, to the built-in stain washing spout, to the generous amount of smart features, this washing machine will make families happy. Connected to WiFi and the Smart Things app is a breeze, and it makes it easy to get notifications when the wash cycle is complete, as well as program specific wash cycles for a variety of clothing/bedding options and more. We have finally entered the 21st Century with smarter appliances, and we welcome it.

Amazing washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. The tub is big enough to hold my king size comforter. But holds a lot for the family. I love that it softly closes and connects to the phone via smart things app. The app will let me know when I need to do a self clean cycle and the washer looks great after doing that. I love that I know how long the wash will take and that there is a quick wash option. I can also choose to delay the start time which is nice. The app reminds me when it’s done as well. I love the vibration reduction in this washer, it stays still and doesn’t move.
