Smart = Money and Time saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not know that having a smart washer was going to change the mundane task of washing clothes into something everyone at home would enjoy. This is a big boy of a washer that can wash a load twice as big as our old 15 year old washer could. It also so silent. The silence is unheard of. LOL. Our old washer was on the second floor and the vibration was very noticeable. We can tell when the washer was done when we had silence downstairs. This new Samsung washer it is totally silent. It is mainly due to the rubber feet that reduce sound. This smart washer connects to your WIFI and will work with SmartThings and Alexa. If you have echo speakers around your house you can set it up to be notified by Alexa when the washer is done. You can also be alerted every 30 minutes about a finished load in your washer. Very handy for individuals who are forgetful about laundry. We've all been there we load the washer and get preoccupied with the kids or other chores. Then when we realize there was a load in the washer and we have to rewash it again. This feature will save you time and money. The simple settings are a no brainer to use. It is just a knob that you turn to choose the type of clothes you are washing. The auto dispenser will dispense the detergent automatically. The washer will weigh your clothes and dispense the correct amount of water. No more forgetting to change the previous setting and having your clothes not wash properly. If you want to control more of the settings you can there are buttons for temp, spin cycles, rinse and soil. This washer does take longer to wash the clothes than my old washer but it uses way less water and less detergent since it uses HE detergent. I have no complaints when my water bill comes in and it is way less than my previous bill. If you are in a hurry and need to wash clothes fast it does have a quick wash button that will wash clothes in 28 minutes.

Awesome product, huge capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking forward to our only missing Samsung product in the Smart Things line! The washer! We got it delivered and not only that, but they installed and hauled away the old washer. Perfect service! We have been using the Smartthings app environment since it came out, our internet hub is Smartthings as well as everything electronics, appliances and gadgets, Galaxy phones, earbuds, range, dryer, bespoke fridge and dishwasher, laptop, smart power plugs, we even replaced the internal hard drives on all laptops with Samsung SSD. Now, back to the washer... It has a huge capacity, we can never fill it up, but that's a plus. It came with all the pipes needed for installation, it only took a few minutes. Once powered, I opened the Smarthings app and it was found right away and included in my other home appliances. The product has a multitude of programs and since we didn't have it for so long, we only used a few so far. Since I wear daily white dress shirts, I was impressed with the "whites" function, but "normal" and especially "super speed" come in very handy. Clothes are coming out extremely clean(how else:) and overall we are very impressed with the performance of the product. A big plus, since connected to the Smartthings app, I never forget again to remove the clothes out at the end of the wash, since I get a notification on the phone once is done. Overall, another great quality, performant, and innovative product from Samsung!! Couldn't be happier and we recommend this product to anyone in the market!

Great machine

Our old machine was no longer operational and wash was piling up.
This machine has a sleek cabinet and a console that beats all others
It's easy to opt from the many cycles and to be able to pick the length of the spin cycle and how many rinses you desire as well as the length of the cycle depending on the type of clothing is fantastic.
I don't often do the laundry, but now I find myself pitching in more often.
Being able to change my selection during use is also a plus, in case I picked the wrong one in error.
I would recommend this machine to anyone who is super busy as it can be monitored from your cell phone once you scan the QR code and follow the simple instructions. I couldn't find a single con against this Samsung washer .

Love my Samsung Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung Washer is so much more than I was expecting. I love the sleek design and the console is out of this world .
The day it arrived I was so excited that I did three loads of wash immediately.
The washer runs much more quieter than my old machine and has many more options.
I can even wash my large comforters in the machine with room to spare.
My favorite part is the Smart Control, which allows me to control the washer thru my cellphone and let's me know what stage the wash cycle is in and how much time remains until the load is done.
The only drawback I have is, the tub is very deep, so I have to lean over and into the washer to remove the clothes , but that is a small price to pay for such a fantastic washing machine.
The clothes come out clean and damage free, since there's no agitator to get wrapped around.

The first thing that sparked my mind was this SmartThings app. I love the option to be able to set my washer from inside especially when I have things that need to soak a little more which is also another great feature. The capacity of the washer is awesome. I’ve washed a bunch of blue jeans, towel a bed comforter and still had room left in the washer. Hands down this is the best capacity washer I have ever owned I have not tried the self clean option but assure you I will. The wash speed is great. I love the quick wash for sure. The interior of the washer is pretty cool looking. When I put clothes in I always think there’s no way these clothes can’t get clean. Oh and the vibration reduction technology is definitely noticed when you start a load.

This washer screams efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is my first smart laundry appliance and without it being smart I love it. The basin is large and fits the perfect size load for family washing without having to wash all day long. It is much quieter and does a better job at cleaning then my last washer. It also looks more modern than my old plain white washer. I love that the top is see through so you can see the cleaning process as it happens. The smart features are an added bonus. I connected to Smart things and it can remember my preferences for washing and even start the cycle for me. I definitely love, love, love it. I haven't gotten around to all the features but honestly this is my first Samsung appliance. We have many of their electronics but not appliances. Well I was so impressed with the washer I went ahead and ordered the smart dryer and I can't wait until it gets here because I know it will be just as great as this washer. I'm definitely sold on all things Samsung and look forward to replacing the rest of my appliances in my house with Samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] **For a washer** The Samsung WA52DG5500AW has a large 5.2 cu. Ft tub that allows you to wash more clothes in less loads. As some who is constantly washing for a family of 8, that's huge for me. I love that it saves me time. The tub is also quite deep! If you’re smaller in stature you'll property need a step stool. However the deeper tub also allows for larger / bulkier items like bedding. LOVE the Dynamic WaterJet —-The Dynamic WaterJet is an underlying water fixture that helps with simple pre-treatment of smudged garments. It’s a very useful feature .
**SmartThings App**
The SmartThings app is super user friendly. It interacts well with the washer and alerts me when my wash is completed right on my cell phone. Honestly, I love this feature because the washer runs so quietly this way you are notified when it's done verses listening for the cycle to end. The Super Speed Wash is a fantastic time saver and completes a full. Load in 29 minutes. Ideal when you’re in a rush yet at the same time need clean clothes.

Self Clean option is great as it alerts you when you when it's time to.deep clean the washer. I use those washer cleaning tablets and drop it inside the tub. Then I set it for self cleaning. It really keeps your washer sanitized and ultimately it will last longer with this built in maintenance.
