Crap it is useless

Never buy one of these machines if you want a washer that works for over 5 years.There is just myself and my wife in our household.We bought one around 5 years ago.Now I spend more time trying to get it to spin without it getting unbalanced.5 towels or a set of 2 bedsheets and 4 pillowcases and it takes me an hour unloading soaking washing to try to.load it again to make it balanced I even went as far as folding towels before washing them. Will never buy again and NEVER recommend

Reliable, Quiet, and Powerful – Great Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Top Load Washer for a few days now, and I couldn't be happier with the performance. It’s a solid, efficient machine that gets the job done with minimal fuss.
First off, the capacity is excellent. I can fit large loads — including bulky items like comforters and towels — and everything still comes out clean and fresh. It’s perfect for families or anyone who wants to cut down on the number of loads.
The top load design is super convenient, especially for those who prefer not to bend over as much. The controls are user-friendly with clearly labeled cycles, and there’s a good variety of wash settings, including quick wash, heavy-duty, bedding, and delicate.
One of my favorite features is how quiet it runs. Even during the spin cycle, there’s minimal vibration or noise, which is impressive for a washer in this price range. It also uses less water and energy than my previous machine, which is a nice bonus on the utility bill.
The build quality feels solid, and the modern design fits nicely with my laundry room setup. Plus, the self-cleaning cycle helps keep the drum fresh without needing a lot of maintenance.
Overall, this Samsung washer is a fantastic value. If you're looking for a dependable top-load washer with great performance and smart features, I highly recommend this one!

Here is a review that is not “incentivized.”
I would rate this a 0 if I could because this washing machine is a piece of garbage.
A load HALF of what my whirlpool could handle would make this machine become unbalanced and make the basket thrash around the sides of the machine. Now you would think the unbalanced error code would pop up and the machine would stop so you can go manually fix it (which shouldn’t be needed in the first place). Nope! Instead the machine will add additional time to the cycle, re-add water, and try to rebalance itself (unsuccessfully) several times. I have done 20+ washes with this machine and NEVER has it ever been able to successfully rebalance. So whenever I do a load that is not small (few tshirts and shorts) I need to time the machine so I can be there immediately to rebalance it myself so it won’t waste any more water and electricity.

Now maybe your machine will be okay in the short term, but the question is how long it will last. Look for actual reviews here and other places and you’ll see that the impressive average rating and the glorified reviews are nothing but a facade.
As soon as I am able to I will get rid of this garbage. Not passing it on to family, friends, or even acquaintances for the matter as I don’t want them to deal with the immense headache that I have trying to do something as simple as doing my laundry.
Edit: gave design a 3 because it looks fine and better than my old washer, but I have to say I would much rather an appliance work properly than look good!

Don't do it. Don't buy this washer, as nice as all the features appear to be. I've only had it for about 4 years and it already went bad. It has never handled large loads well. It leaves residue after it drains, so if I wash my white bath rugs, I have to rewash another 2 or 3 times to get the dirt left over out because it just floats on the water as it drains. The springs went bad so it gets out of balance super easy and they are expensive to replace. But the warranty was worthless so I've had to pay so much for repairs at this point that I actually wish I would have never bought it. Save yourself the trouble.

The wireless control is so convenient. This machine is so quiet and runs so smooth. I love how it tells you it needs cleaning and when the washing cycle is completed. Cleans everything, big loads, small loads. Perfection! I highly recommend it!
